Excellent Experience
The hotel staff was very courteous and rooms were clean and tidy, service was very fast, our heater was working properly but they immediately attended same. Food was also good and kept personal choices in mind while making food as well, also response at reception was also great.

A pleasant trip
We booked the hotel for 1 day stay in Nainital. The stay was comfortable and cozy in the onset of winters in this region. The food was fresh and good. We got a corner room on the first floor where we got good sunlight in the morning. You can book well in advance for a better deal maybe. It was a last minute booking for us via makemytrip.

We had Planned Diwali holidays stay here in Earl's Court Nainital. The hotel is located approximately 1 Km from Mall road and they provide pick up and drop Facility also. Food is good and rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great experience
The place is aesthetic, with a warm feel. The staff is really great in terms of behaviour and the food was amazing. You can enjoy the home cook food from the amazing chefs here. Away from the hustle of mall road, this is a perfect place for someone looking for peace.

Wonderful stay!!
Got free upgrade on room as well as early check in!! Rooms were comfy & food was good! They provide free shuttle to Mall road which is 5-10 mints drive from hotel!
Rooms as big & near with all modern amenities. We stayed in modern wing but booked heritage originally. They have play area for kids & ample of private parking. Buffet was ok with lots of varieties. We stayed for 2 nights with a toddler.

Memorable Stay
The hotel offered an extremely comfortable and memorable stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful and had one of the best service staff I’ve come across. Rooms were nothing less..they were very clean and hygienic. Would also like to specifically mention that Vivek Pathak at the reception was really helpful.Food was good too but could work on the continental menu more.Hotel was overall really great and we enjoyed our time there.

True spirit of hospitality
Very good experience while staying in the resort right from check in until check out. Location is very approachable. Staff is very nice and professional. Kids playing are is also very good with many games option. Breakfast and dinner options are good primarily with north cuisine.

One of the finest place in Nainital. Great rooms, beautiful property, courteous staff and delicious food. The shuttle service to Mall Road adds to the comfort of visitors as it is not easy to find a parking near Mall Road. They have ample parking space and scenic view from your room. Service is commendable.

Family trip
Property is really beautiful and staff is very polite. They also provide shuttle services to and forth to mall road. Rooms are clean and food is also delicious. In the evening they arrange bonfire and live music which really makes the vibe more pleasant and welcoming.

Just felt at home at Earls Court
The property is the best, lot of greenery and open space to spend quality time with the loved ones. Kids were very happy with the play area there and swings, t t table, chess n carom. Jagdish ji and Lalit ji extended extraordinary help to us morally and to help getting right health treatment there for my mother. All other staff are also very courteous and quick to help the guests.
